529Innovations is proud to announce the the expanded line of Caliper Conversion Kits (CCK) for the MQB Platforms including the Golf R, RS3 and TTRS. These kits offer proven street and track braking power for those of us that want a true multi purpose car.

Kits are assembled upon order and typically ship in 1-2 weeks.

Features include the following:

• Track proven Wilwood Aero6 heavy duty 6 piston calipers with hard coat anodizing or multiple color options

  • Thermlock® “Racing” calipers available (Details about Thermlock® pistons can be found here)

• DOT Compliant Stainless Steel brake lines and all required fittings

• Premium Grade 10.9, grade 8 and stainless steel hardware as required

• Included with every brake kit (selections can be made when adding to your cart

  • 1 set of pads (1521 compound unless otherwise specified)

  • 1 liter of Motul 600 or Castrol SRF

• 529Innovations spec Carbotech brake pads provide:

  • Optimized pad area for improved stopping power and fade resistance

  • More pad volume for longer pad life and lower maintenance costs vs “other” small brake/drag kits

• The Modular Billet Caliper Bracket (MBCB) system allows simple rotor swaps without having to bleed the system when going to 17” wheels.

• 310mm and 330mm Small rotor kits:

  • Including a 310mm rotor option for Enkei 17” x 9” ET35 RPF1 wheels that has been verified on a 2018 TTRS and a 2017 RS3 (17” x 9” ET45 RPF1 will require the use of a spacer)

  • Include 32mm thick (1.25”) rotors for increased thermal capacity and fade resistance as compared other small brake/drag kits

  • Rotors feature Electrolysis Nickel plating for corrosion resistance

  • May require modification/removal of the factory dust shield.

• Significant weight reduction:

  • 16 lb total weight for 370mm kit (Caliper upgrade + Girodisc rotors)

  • 35 lb total weight reduction for 310mm rotor kit

  • 30 lb total weight reduction for 330mm rotor kit

• Can be used with Stock (Iron or CCB), AP Racing, or Girodisc rotors

• Rotor sizes ranging from 310mm (12.19”) up to 380mm (15”)
