529Innovations is proud to announce the the expanded line of Caliper Conversion Kits (CCK) for the MQB Platforms including the Golf R, RS3 and TTRS. These kits offer proven street and strip braking power for those of us that want a true multi purpose car.

Kits are assembled upon order and typically ship in 1-2 weeks.

Features include the following:

• Wilwood Forged Superlite 6 piston calipers with hard coat anodizing or multiple color options (specify color choice on checkout)

  • Standard colots include Type III Anodized, Red or Black

  • Contact for details on custom caliper colors

• Significantly more wheel clearance than other 6 piston calipers

• DOT Compliant Stainless Steel brake lines and all required fittings

• Premium Grade 10.9, grade 8 and stainless steel hardware as required

• 16mm thick pads vs 12mm thick pads

  • More than 30% more pad volume for longer service life and improved fade resistnace

  • Longer service life and fewer brake pad changes

• Included with every brake kit

  • 1 set of pads (Wilwood BP10 compound unless otherwise specified)

  • Optional Carbotech brake pads

  • 1 liter of Motul 600 or Castrol SRF

  • Optional Electrolysis Nickel plating for superior corrosion resistance-call for pricing

• Multiple rotor options:

  • Diameters range from 11.75” to 12.19” (298mm to 310mm)

  • Rotor thickness options from .81” to 1.25” (20.5mm to 32mm)

    • 32mm thick (1.25”) rotors offerincreased thermal capacity and fade resistance as compared other small brake/drag kits

  • Plain face or optional slotted rotors

• Will require modification/removal of the factory dust shield
